(2) Have a sound production safety management system;

Article 6 The admission of passenger transport enterprises and their drivers must be approved according to the following procedures:

(1) Apply to the transportation management department:

1. Passenger transport line operators within the county administrative area shall apply to the county transportation management office and provide the originals and copies of relevant materials required by the access conditions stipulated in Articles 4 and 5 of these Measures;
