Release centralized isolation and go home process

The process of returning to China after the expiration of centralized isolation is as follows: after the office issues a notice of medical observation to lift centralized isolation, the quarantined personnel will be transported home at the designated isolation point. After centralized isolation, the isolated personnel can't go home by themselves, but need to be transported home by epidemic prevention personnel, and closed management will be implemented during transit.

According to the Regulations on Epidemic Prevention and Control, after the centralized isolation is lifted, although they can go home, they still need to be isolated at home under the supervision of the community for a period of time after returning. The isolation personnel carried out nucleic acid detection on the first14th day of the isolation period, and carried out double sampling, double detection and parallel detection. According to the judgment standard, the nucleic acid test was normal, and the centralized isolation medical observation was lifted and changed to home medical observation for 7 days.

In order to ensure the safety of transportation, medical service team members all use special "negative pressure ambulances" to transport "unsealed" centralized isolated personnel home, and strictly implement the transportation regulations of "one person, one car" and "one car, one disinfection". Moreover, from the isolation point to the residential area, the centralized isolation personnel should be disinfected before getting on the bus and after getting off the bus. When they arrive at the residential area, they will be greeted by special personnel and go through the handover procedures.

Due to the different isolation policies in different places, it is necessary to confirm the local isolation policies and procedures with the community before going home. For example, Beijing requires that information such as return date and flight number be reported to the community in advance, and the community will arrange transshipment in advance.
