Matters needing attention in manufacturing air defense airtight enclosure:

1. Before processing and manufacturing the casing, be familiar with the drawings carefully and analyze the manufacturing and installation methods of the embedded casing.

2. Determine the length of Hongsheng casing according to the building plan, structural pipeline plan and building elevation. Then according to the water supply and drainage plan and details, and refer to the standard atlas for production.

4. When making the closed casing for civil air defense, the thickness of the wing ring and casing should meet the specification requirements. After welding, clean welding slag and brush antirust paint for more than two times. During installation, both ends of the casing shall be clamped and fixed with steel bars for at least three times, and shall not be skewed.

Since there are grades, the materials may be the same or different, but the first-class waterproof is one layer more than the second-class waterproof, and the second-class waterproof is one layer more than the third-class waterproof.
