"Warm Reminders for Epidemic Prevention and Control for People from Outside the Province"
From October 14th to 15th, local clusters of epidemics occurred in Qixingguan District of Bijie and Baiyun District of Guiyang, which brought serious consequences to the whole country. The provincial epidemic prevention and control work has added greater uncertainty. In order to effectively prevent and control the epidemic among people entering Guizhou from outside the province, the following is a warm reminder.
1. At this stage, Tibet Autonomous Region, Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region, Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region, Hohhot City and Baotou City in Inner Mongolia, Xi'an City and Weinan City in Shaanxi Province, Yuncheng City and Datong City in Shanxi Province, Xishuangbanna Prefecture and Dehong City in Yunnan Province Prefectures include Luzhou City, Nanchong City in Sichuan and Wuhou District in Chengdu City, Yubei District and Shapingba District in Chongqing City, Xiangxi Prefecture in Hunan Province, Wuhan City in Hubei Province, Huadu District in Guangzhou, Guangdong Province, Baoan District, Futian District and Nanshan District in Shenzhen, etc. People entering Guizhou from the region will be subject to "three days of centralized quarantine, four days of home health monitoring, five nucleic acid tests and one antigen test." Relevant departments will promptly determine the scope of key epidemic areas based on the latest national epidemic situation, and adjust control measures in a timely manner.
2. Except for key epidemic areas and medium- and high-risk areas, strict quarantine measures will be implemented for people entering Guizhou from other prefecture-level cities with reports of local epidemics and risks of community transmission.
" 3 days of home health monitoring, 4 days of self-health monitoring and 5 nucleic acid tests
”.
During the home health monitoring period, such personnel are subject to "yellow code" management. In principle, they do not go out at home. They can only go to nucleic acid sampling points for "yellow code" personnel on the premise of taking personal protection. You are not allowed to take buses or subways during the sampling process; if there are people living together with you, daily nucleic acid testing must be carried out simultaneously during the home health monitoring period. Those who have completed three days of home health monitoring and whose nucleic acid test results are all negative will be subject to "green code" management. On the premise of taking personal protection, they can go to work and school normally and move around in an orderly manner.
During the self-health monitoring period, once suspected symptoms such as fever, fatigue, cough, etc. occur, you must immediately go to the fever clinic of the nearest medical institution for standardized treatment.
3. People entering Guizhou from other areas outside the province will be subject to "three inspections for three days" after arriving in Guizhou;
Within 7 days after arriving in Guizhou, they must consciously monitor their health and try their best to Avoid attending dinner parties and crowded public places.
Those who fail to complete the nucleic acid test on time will be subject to "yellow code" management. In principle, they will not go out at home. They can only go to the nucleic acid sampling point for "yellow code" personnel to take samples on the premise of good personal protection. ; After the sampling is completed, you must immediately return to your place of residence or hotel to wait for the nucleic acid test results; if the result is negative, you will be transferred to "green code" management.
4. Airports, railway stations, high-speed rail stations, long-distance passenger stations, epidemic prevention service points on the Ring-Guizhou Expressway and other entry points into Guizhou are subject to the principle of "voluntary, free, pick-and-go, and no restrictions on movement". Reasonably set up nucleic acid sampling points and actively promote "on-the-ground inspection" services. All road epidemic prevention service points and highway toll stations in the province implement classified management of different vehicles and drivers and passengers entering Guizhou. For vehicles entering Guizhou from key epidemic areas, the first stop responsibility system and closed-loop management must be strictly implemented; for transit vehicles, measures such as "antigen nucleic acid" testing and "pick up, go and chase" must be relied on to ensure effective prevention and control and smooth logistics. .
5. All types of public places and crowded places must strictly implement normal prevention and control measures such as temperature measurement and code scanning, wearing masks, "1-meter noodles", ventilation and disinfection, and daily epidemic prevention inspections. Once a person with a "red code" or "yellow code" in Guizhou's health code is discovered, they must be temporarily quarantined and controlled immediately, and reported to the local epidemic prevention and control department to implement closed-loop control.
6. Communities and hotels must strictly implement normalized prevention and control measures, but they must not arbitrarily restrict the entry or check-in of people with "three inspections in three days" and "yellow code". Once such people are found, they must seriously Record their personal information, fully rely on grassroots prevention and control forces such as grid workers, community housekeepers, and building directors to urge them to complete nucleic acid tests as required or stay at home and avoid going out.
7. When selling or using antipyretic, cough suppressant, antiviral, antibiotic, cold and other medicines, retail pharmacies, individual clinics and primary medical and health institutions must check the itinerary code of the relevant personnel and ask the users in detail Or whether the person living with you has a history of traveling outside the province within 7 days; if there is a history of traveling outside the province, you must carefully register the information, guide them to carry out nucleic acid testing as soon as possible, and report it to the local epidemic prevention and control department immediately, and the epidemic prevention and control department will supervise Drug users or people living with them should undergo nucleic acid testing. If necessary, an antigen test can be carried out first.
8. If people entering Guizhou from key epidemic areas need to leave Guizhou, they must present a notice of lifting quarantine and a negative nucleic acid test certificate within 24 hours after completing three days of centralized quarantine and meeting the standards for lifting quarantine and observation. Can leave Guizhou.
People entering Guizhou from other provinces can leave Guizhou with a negative nucleic acid test certificate within 24 hours.
The above measures will be implemented from 0:00 on October 17th, and will be lifted until further notice.
