2. Datong

Datong is the sub-central city and the second largest city in Shanxi Province. Siping is a prefecture-level city in Jilin Province, located in the hinterland of the central Songliao Plain, at the junction of Liaoning, Kyrgyzstan and Mongolia provinces.
