Enterprises and projects under construction have set up "quality month" leading groups to analyze the quality work of enterprises and projects, find out the weak links in quality work and formulate relevant measures to improve project quality. First, organized the quality and safety inspection in the third quarter of 20xx. According to the Notice on Carrying out Quality and Safety Inspection and "Quality Month" in the Third Quarter of 20xx in Yibin City (Yi Zhu Han Jian [20xx] No.237), the city station carried out dragnet quality and safety supervision and law enforcement inspection on the projects under construction in the downtown area of Yibin. In order to ensure the quality of ready-mixed (commercial) concrete in construction projects in this city, the municipal station, together with the municipal Sanshui Office and other industry authorities, carried out a special inspection on the ready-mixed (commercial) concrete production enterprises within its jurisdiction in mid-September. This special inspection highlighted the inspection of the ready-mixed (commodity) concrete production enterprises and the unstable product quality production enterprises of Yibin Tianshun, Transit, Yuanda and Anji companies, and further standardized the quality behavior of the ready-mixed (commodity) concrete production enterprises in the jurisdiction.

In order to fully learn from the advanced work experience of other cities, solidly promote the two-year action of project quality management and the work of strengthening the city with quality, and effectively improve the quality and safety management level of our city, the city station organized all supervisors to go to neighboring Luzhou City on September 25th to observe and learn the advanced experience of quality and safety management of construction projects inspected by the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development and the tracking supervision system of concrete block chips implemented by Luzhou Quality Supervision Station. By observing activities, broadening horizons, learning advanced experience and renewing ideas, the professional quality of supervisors has been improved.

Fourth, study and training, scientific and technological innovation, and improve the level.

The research project "Research on Crack Control of Reinforced Concrete Cast-in-place Slab in Yibin Residential Project" jointly carried out by the Municipal Railway Station and Chongqing University has now entered the final stage of compiling "Technical Guide for Crack Prevention of Reinforced Concrete Cast-in-place Slab in Yibin Residential Project". Third, the planning and compilation of the standardized atlas of construction quality and safety in Yibin City was initially carried out. According to the actual situation and characteristics of Yibin City, the first draft of "Guiding Atlas of Common Problems in Quality Management of Construction Projects in Yibin City" was compiled by organizing major local design and construction enterprises and technical forces of the city station.
