In order to effectively build a healthy immune barrier and protect the residents In view of physical health and life safety, combined with the current epidemic prevention and control situation and the needs of normalized epidemic prevention and control work in the region, we hereby propose the following initiatives on matters related to the full coverage and use of "venue codes":

1. All types of public places ***Place operators must strictly implement their main responsibilities for epidemic prevention and control, proactively apply for the "Place Code", and set up eye-catching and clear "Place Code" signs. They must implement the "two musts and four musts" and make sure that any code that is not scanned is displayed. Anyone with a code is prohibited from entering. Anyone who finds a yellow code or a red code is asked to report it to the town and street where they are located.

2. In-service party members and cadres of government agencies and institutions must strictly abide by relevant regulations on epidemic prevention and control, be proficient in QR code scanning operations, take the lead in participating in QR code scanning, wear masks when entering and leaving public places, and actively scan QR codes to light up. QR code, and mobilize family members, relatives, friends, and people around you to actively participate in scanning the QR code, and patiently and carefully guide the operation method of scanning the QR code. At the same time, make full use of activities such as theme party days to carry out persuasion, publicity and education work in communities, public places and other front lines, guide the masses to cooperate in wearing masks and scan "place codes", and drive the enthusiasm of the general public to enter places and scan codes, initiative and participation rate to create a good social atmosphere for epidemic prevention and control.

3. Residents entering the community, especially those who come from outside, should actively cooperate with the staff at the entrance and exit of the community, consciously scan the "place code" and highlight the code through WeChat and Alipay, and strictly implement the "place code" Scan the QR code to register the usage requirements, so that every entry must be checked, every entry must be scanned, and no one is left out.
