In 215, under the correct leadership of the higher authorities, the community cultural work in Jinzhili was based on thoroughly implementing the spirit of the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, the Third and Fourth Plenary Sessions of the 18th Central Committee, and further consolidating the achievements of the establishment of the national public cultural service system demonstration zone, with the theme of creating a cultural service-oriented community with "Fu Man Jin Zhi" characteristics. With the aim of improving the ideological quality and cultural accomplishment of community residents and taking the community cultural center as the position, we have actively carried out a variety of cultural activities, and embarked on a road of community development that conforms to our own characteristics by means of cultural propaganda and cultivating characteristic communities. The community cultural work for the whole year is summarized as follows:

1. Strengthen organizational leadership to ensure the orderly development of cultural work

Jinzhili community deeply understands that community cultural work is an important activity to consolidate the achievements of the establishment of the public cultural service system demonstration zone and create the urban grassroots cultural image. In order to ensure the orderly development of cultural work, the community has set up a cultural work leading group, which has made careful planning and deployment to implement various activities of cultural work. Over the past six months, our community cultural leading group has actively organized the construction of community cultural positions, team building, mass cultural activities, voluntary services, special services, cultural industries, data standardization and other aspects with the theme of building a characteristic cultural brand of "Fu Man Jin Zhi".

Second, widely publicize and report, and create a good activity atmosphere

In order to further consolidate the achievements of the creation of the demonstration area and create a grassroots cultural image, the community carefully planned and deployed, and actively carried out publicity work. In order to improve residents' comprehensive cultural quality and enthusiasm for participating in cultural and sports activities, the community comprehensively uses websites, briefings, information, the "Fu Man Jin Zhi" WeChat public platform, publicity panels, etc., to widely publicize and create an atmosphere. According to the objective reality such as season, climate and central work, we regularly publicize health knowledge, civilized knowledge, family education and social morality to the residents. Great events of the country and good deeds of the community can appear on the WeChat public platform and publicity column in time, so that residents and the masses can better understand the great events, good deeds and good deeds happening in the country and around them, which not only regulates the body and mind, but also plays the role of propaganda and public opinion guidance, and greatly promotes the completion of the central tasks and the development of cultural activities in each period. < P > Third, it is carefully organized and the activities are carried out vividly < P > In practical work. Fifth, on May 4th, the Diabolo Team, a community cultural volunteer team in Jinzhili, won excellent results in the 4th Diabolo Championship in Gansu Province, and the good news spread frequently and was inspiring. On the afternoon of May 29th, the community held a unique "Jinzhi Q I Exercise I am Happy" residents' sports meeting outdoors. The atmosphere at the event was warm. Sixth, on June 4th, the community launched a cultural volunteer activity of psychological analysis of painting for the disabled, and invited professional psychological consultant Mr. Gu to carry out psychological analysis of painting for the foster objects, which effectively enriched the cultural life of disabled friends. Tenth, during the National Day, cultural and sports activities such as "Blessing the Motherland" and "Golden Wisdom Q Double Ninth Festival" were held with festive characteristics and close to residents' lives. Combined with the characteristics of the community and the residents in the jurisdiction, we will improve the operating mechanism of the cultural activity center and open the cultural activity room free of charge. In order to meet the growing demand of residents for cultural and sports activities, the community relies on the "Concentric Service 365" action and the "Six Grasps" initiative of party building to open all the function rooms and activity rooms of the cultural center in shifts around the clock, providing zero-distance and blind-spot services in view of the characteristics of the majority of elderly people in the jurisdiction.
