School activities of Huangshan School in Huangshan City

On 1 1 month 10, 2003, the15th project of China Yan Tao Institution, "Experimental Research on the Integration of Teaching, Learning and Education with English Characteristics", started in Huangshan School, which was a landmark event in the history of education and scientific research in our school. Fang Ming, president of China Ceramic Association, personally awarded the license to the school; Other leaders and experts from national, provincial and municipal ceramic research institutions came to the site and put forward guiding and constructive opinions on the ceramic research work of Huangshan School. At the opening ceremony, Cheng Xiaojiang, chairman and president of the school board of directors, reported the progress of the research group. Comrade Guan Deming, Secretary-General of China Ceramic Association, believes that Huangshan School dares to be the first, boldly explores and tries, and has embarked on a new way of teaching English with the educational thought of Xingzhi. After the opening ceremony, our school closely followed the pulse of the new curriculum reform and implemented teaching modes such as "hierarchical teaching of subjects" and "self-study system for excellent students" in junior high school. It also gives full play to the advantages of information technology, promotes the integration of information technology with curriculum reform, education and scientific research, and makes audio-visual teaching go deep into primary and secondary school classrooms.

Up to Shandong, down to Shanghai, down to Jiangsu and down to Zhejiang, the people of Huangshan School left their footprints in the developed areas of education. Three flights to Singapore and two trips to Australia, Huangshan School has established exchange visits with Singapore National Saint Nicholas Girls' School, Australia's West Morton College, Singapore Hua Fei Wellcome Middle School and Japan's Fujii Temple Primary School, and established good relations with Singapore Sino-Singapore Education Group, Eton International School and Malaysia Julai College. In 2005, the school successfully received the visit of the education delegation from Fujii Temple, Japan, the cultural and educational delegation from the United States, the education delegation from Australia and the "Chinese Culture Immersion Group" from Singapore. In May, July and August, the school sent teachers to Australia to give lectures and study tours, while students went to Singapore for "study tours". These exchanges have left a deep impression on the history of school development.

Carrying out the "Warm Project" is another practical measure that the school insists on "learning for the people". Since 2002, with the approval of Huangshan Education Bureau and China Vocational Education Association, the school board has invested an additional 654.38+million yuan every year to recruit "double-special students" in the preheating project of Huangshan City, so as to subsidize "poor students with excellent academic performance" in the form of free or semi-free education and training fees, so that they can enjoy first-class education like other students. In 2003, the first batch of "double-talented students" Zhang Juan participated in the one-day donation activity of "Huangshan Mountain-Love the World" in the Anhui Hall of the Great Hall of the People in Beijing, and reported her life and growth in our school to the vice chairman of the National People's Congress and the delegates. The "warm project" of our school has been widely concerned by the society. There are 95 double-special students who have received funding, including 55 high school double-special students and 40 junior high school double-special students who enjoy the same treatment. In 2005, the first batch of double special students (three books) graduated, all of them were admitted to undergraduate colleges, and two of them were admitted to national first-class universities.
