(five) the specific description of children's sexual behavior;

(six) obscenity and specific description of homosexual sexual behavior or other sexual perversion, or specific description of violence, abuse and insult related to sexual perversion;

(seven) description of obscene sexual behavior that other ordinary people can't tolerate.

Article 3 Obscene publications refer to publications that are not obscene as a whole, but some contents contain the contents specified in Items (1) to (7) of Article 2, which are harmful to the physical and mental health of ordinary people, especially minors, and lack artistic or scientific value.

Article 4 Literary and artistic works with obscene and pornographic contents and artistic value; Artistic works that express the beauty of human body; Works of natural science and social science, such as human anatomy and physiology knowledge, reproductive knowledge, disease prevention and other works related to sexual knowledge, sexual morality and sexual sociology, do not belong to the scope of obscene publications.
