Linyi Silent Regulations

1. Strictly control the flow of people. In high-risk areas across the district, "door-to-door service without leaving home" is implemented, with daily supplies delivered to households and nucleic acid sampling conducted at the door. In other areas, "people are not allowed to leave the area", daily supplies are delivered to the point, pick-up and nucleic acid sampling are carried out at staggered times, masks are worn at all times, and gatherings are strictly prohibited.

2. Strictly control public places. During the silent period, except for medical institutions, all shopping malls, supermarkets, shops, wet markets, agricultural wholesale markets and other public places in the region will be closed.

3. The enterprise has conditions for production and operation. "Four Guarantees" enterprises, "white list" enterprises, other key enterprises and enterprises that require continuous production, if they meet the conditions of closed management, they can produce and operate in a closed loop. If they fail to meet the requirements, production and operations will be suspended. Other industrial and commercial enterprises have suspended production and business activities. Construction at construction sites has been suspended, and warehousing and logistics companies have suspended operations.

4. Strict inspection and control of inter-district traffic checkpoints. Do not leave unless necessary, and do not come unless necessary. Except for vehicles to protect life, production, and anti-epidemic, in principle, other vehicles cannot enter or leave. Transit vehicles will be detoured.
