There were 79 provincial party committee members and 15 alternate provincial party committee members present at the plenary session. The plenary session pointed out that The 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China（CPC） was a very important congress held at a critical moment when the whole Party and people of all nationalities started a new journey of building a socialist modern country in an all-round way and marched towards the goal of the second century. The Congress made it clear that the "Two Establishments" are the great political achievements made by the Party in the new era, the decisive factor to promote the historic achievements and changes in the cause of the Party and the state, and put forward new requirements for opening up a new realm of the modernization of Marxism in China.

The mission and tasks of our Party in the new era and new journey have been clarified, the major policies of the Party and the country have been formulated at present and in the future, and the grand blueprint for comprehensively promoting the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation through China's modernization has been described, and a series of major political, theoretical and practical achievements have been achieved.
