How to understand "industrial prosperity"?

As the first-ranked "industrial prosperity", it is the primary task and focus of the implementation of the rural revitalization strategy, and it is also the foundation and guarantee of rural revitalization. Only by making rural industries bigger, stronger and better can we maintain the vitality of rural economic development and provide inexhaustible driving force for rural revitalization.

Consolidate and improve the basic rural management system, deepen the reform of the rural land system, and improve the separation system of the "three rights" of contracted land. Keep the land contract relationship stable and long-term, and extend it for another thirty years after the second round of land contract expires. Deepen the reform of the rural collective property rights system, protect farmers' property rights and interests, and strengthen the collective economy. Ensure national food security and firmly hold the Chinese people’s jobs in their own hands. Build a modern agricultural industry system, production system, and management system, improve the agricultural support and protection system, develop various forms of moderate-scale operations, cultivate new agricultural business entities, improve the agricultural socialization service system, and achieve an organic connection between the development of small farmers and modern agriculture. Promote the integrated development of primary, secondary and tertiary industries in rural areas, support and encourage farmers to find employment and start businesses, and expand channels for increasing income. Strengthen basic work at the grassroots level in rural areas and improve a rural governance system that combines autonomy, rule of law, and rule of virtue. Cultivate and create a team of "agriculture, rural areas and farmers" who understand agriculture, love the countryside, and love farmers.
