In order to effectively protect your health and life safety, according to the city The Epidemic Prevention and Control Headquarters has made unified arrangements and decided to organize nucleic acid testing for all employees in the entire region. The relevant matters are now announced as follows:

1. Scope of testing

1. Sealed and controlled areas: Door-to-door sampling, one tube per household; control area: without leaving the area, go downstairs and stagger peak times for mixed sampling at a ratio of 5:1.

2. All persons within the jurisdiction of Gulou District who are currently in centralized isolation or under home health monitoring will still be tested according to the original regulations and channels.

2. Testing time

It will start at 6:00 am and end at 12:00 noon on October 22, 2022.

3. Testing location

The specific location shall be subject to street and community notifications.

IV. Precautions

1. All sampling personnel must arrange their time properly and according to community notifications, carry out nucleic acid testing at each sampling point at different times, so as to ensure that all necessary tests are carried out. No detection missed.

2. All sampling personnel must wear masks in a standardized manner, take the initiative to show their "Xuzhou Health Treasure", "Sukang Code" and "Itinerary Code" on the day, accept body temperature testing, obey the management staff's dispatch and instructions, and follow the on-site instructions. Queue in order, keep a reasonable distance of more than 1 meter from others, and do not jump in line, talk, or gather.

3. Guide residents to use Xuzhou’s all-person nucleic acid appointment registration system, register personal information in advance, generate QR codes, and improve information collection efficiency. If the QR code is not generated, please bring your ID card and register by directly scanning the ID card; if you do not have the original ID card, your immediate family member will accompany you for sampling; if you do not have the original ID card and your children or parents are not around, please write in advance Your name, mobile phone number, and ID number will be entered with the assistance of on-site staff.

4. If you have fever, cough and other symptoms, please report to your community or unit in advance, take personal protection, and go to the nearest hospital fever clinic in a timely manner. Do not go to centralized sampling points.

5. Those who have received the COVID-19 vaccine within 48 hours will not participate in the test.

6. Yellow code personnel follow the arrangements of each community and unit and go to the yellow code dedicated nucleic acid testing point to conduct nucleic acid sampling. Specific address:

Huancheng Subdistrict Office: the small square in front of Runheyuan Community, Erhuan North Road;

Jiuli Subdistrict Office: the entrance of Laojiuli Office, No. 1 Jiulishan West Road ;

Pipa Street Office: 200 meters east of the intersection of Pipa Garden and Shenmeng Road and north;

Fengcai Street Office: No. 1 Guangshan Road.

Special reminder: People who have been assigned a "yellow code" who have not participated in nucleic acid testing as required recently and are at certain risks are asked to go to the yellow code sampling point to take samples. The "test twice in three days" will be automatically lifted.

7. The cost of nucleic acid testing for all employees will be borne by the government. If no phone notification is received within 24 hours after sampling, the test result will be considered negative and no written report will be issued.

8. Residents are requested to actively participate and do not spread rumors, believe them or spread them. Anyone who interferes with sample collection, maliciously spreads false pictures, videos and remarks, causing adverse social impact, will be held accountable in accordance with the law.

9. Please be sure to take the nucleic acid test to ensure that no household or person is left behind. Those who fail to conduct nucleic acid tests in a timely manner and cause the spread of the epidemic must bear corresponding legal responsibilities.
