What does it mean to be virtuous, study hard and achieve yourself?

Broad-minded, virtuous, studious and tireless. If you want to succeed, you must let others succeed first. If you want to be understood, you must understand others first.

"Benevolence" means: broad-minded, not focusing on personal gains and losses, valuing public over private.

"Tu Xue" means: concentrate on learning.
