Hello everyone!

This year's competition has come to an end. Over the past year, in order to make achievements, you have sweated, given up vacations, trained and worked hard day and night, and completed the work tasks for the whole year. Here, I would like to say to all coaches, athletes and cadres and workers who have worked hard to complete the central training task: you have worked hard!

Today, we are here to hold the mobilization meeting for the winter training of the London Olympic Games and the 12th National Games, which can be said to be a swearing-in meeting for the London Olympic Games. The competition period of the London Olympic Games is coming, and the situation we are facing is very serious. We will make persistent efforts to thank and repay the leaders' concern and support for our center with excellent competition results, and live up to the high hopes of the bureau leaders. Winter training is coming, and the quality of this year's winter training directly determines the performance of athletes next year. Coaches, cadres, workers and athletes must raise their awareness, further understand the situation, unify their thinking, strengthen their convictions, concentrate on training, do their best to do daily training in the spirit of seeking truth and being pragmatic and pioneering and innovative, and make solid and effective preparations for winter training in the 12th National Games.

In order to do a good job in winter training and successfully complete the tasks assigned by the Provincial Sports Bureau, I put forward the following requirements for all coaches, cadres, workers and athletes:

1, coaches should further improve the weekly training plan, scientifically formulate training and competition plans and strictly implement the training plan, and cannot adjust the training plan at will. In training, we should broaden our thinking, dare to innovate and adopt training methods and means in combination with the actual situation.

2. All cadres and workers should do their jobs well and strengthen the management of athletes' daily life and logistics support. Go deep into the front line, understand the psychological state of athletes, care about their training and life, and try to meet all kinds of reasonable needs in training and life.

3. Athletes should study hard and practice hard in training, actively overcome the difficulties in training, and set high standards and strict demands on themselves. In study and life, we should inherit the fine style of military training, help each other, unite and be friendly. In addition, I hope you will continue to do the housework.

For the smooth progress of training and competition, we will, as always, focus on training and competition, do a good job in logistics support, serve the front line, and fully guarantee the normal training of athletes. Here, on behalf of the central cadres and workers, I make the following commitments:

First, institutional guarantee. In order to effectively strengthen the management of winter training in preparation for the National Games, the center will assess the responsibilities of cadres and workers in strict accordance with the division of responsibilities, and resolutely deny the year-end assessment of cadres and workers who ignore the overall situation and respond negatively in preparation for and serving the provincial games, and resolutely adjust the cadres who have seriously neglected their duties.

Second, the funds are safe. The center will continue to strive for and mobilize more funds, fully guarantee the funds for training equipment, going out for training and training venues, and strive to create an excellent and relaxed training environment for coaches and athletes.

Third, medical and nutritional security. The competitive training department, the catering department and the infirmary have made full preparations for the winter training. The center has purchased medical equipment for the infirmary, winter training drugs and supplements, and made physical examinations for key team athletes. In order to serve the athletes on time and with good quality, the Food Department also carried out a comprehensive overhaul of kitchen utensils and prepared food reserves for winter training.

Fourth, site security. Although there are many venues now, there are still some venues that can't meet the training needs. The leaders of the center are trying their best to solve such problems. Before the winter training, the center has purchased some winter training equipment, and the equipment needed for the recent training will be in place one after another. All venues should provide venue services for preparation training to the maximum extent, and income-generating business activities should "make way" for winter training.

Everything we do is to let all coaches and athletes have no worries and devote themselves to training. I hope that all coaches, cadres, workers and athletes will attach great importance to it, do a good job in winter training together and achieve good results in the new year. Thank you!
