What is the vehicle scrapping process?

1. Go to the lobby of the vehicle management office to collect and fill in the motor vehicle scrapping form, and submit a copy of the driving license, the ID card of the motor vehicle owner, the organization code certificate of the motor vehicle owner (with official seal) and the ID card of the agent. If you want to keep the original number plate, you need to deal with traffic violations first;

2. Query the vehicle scrap list in dmv's file. After passing the examination, receive the motor vehicle scrap form by telephone;

3. The motor vehicle owner or agent will send the motor vehicle to the motor vehicle scrapping and recycling enterprise, receive and fill in the Application Form for Motor Vehicle Registration, Transfer and Cancellation/Transfer, and submit the driving license, motor vehicle driver's license, motor vehicle registration certificate (if there is no motor vehicle registration certificate, it is not necessary to submit it), a copy of the motor vehicle owner's ID card, a copy of the motor vehicle owner's organization code certificate (with official seal) and a copy of the agent's ID card, and a motor vehicle scrapping form;

4. The police check the motor vehicles, check the vehicle identification codes of scrapped and disassembled motor vehicles, and confirm whether the five major assemblies (body/frame, engine, steering gear, transmission and rear axle) of the vehicle are complete. If qualified, the police will issue the Motor Vehicle Inspection Record Form;

5. Vehicle destruction requirements. The public security organ is responsible for scrapping and dismantling imported motor vehicles, school buses, medium-sized and above buses, medium-sized and above trucks, special operation vehicles, low-speed vehicles, trailers and dangerous goods transport vehicles, and other vehicles are destroyed by scrap recycling enterprises themselves;

6. After the vehicle is destroyed, the scrap recycling enterprise will issue the Certificate of Scrap Vehicle Recycling, and the staff of the scrap recycling enterprise will send the following information to dmv window for cancellation of motor vehicle registration. Million car purchase subsidy
