Chapter 1 General Provisions

Chapter 3 Members
Article 7 The types of members of this society: group members, individual members, and honorary members.

Article 9 Membership membership procedures:

Article 11 Members shall perform the following obligations:

Chapter 4: The Establishment and Removal of Organizational Structure and Persons in Charge
Article 14 The highest authority of the Society is the Member Congress, and the powers of the Member Congress are:

Article 16 The Member Congress shall be held for five years. If the term change needs to be advanced or postponed due to special circumstances, it must be voted by the board of directors, reported to the business supervisory unit for review and approved by the society registration and management authority. Article 17 The Board of Directors is the executive body of the Member Congress. The Board of Directors is held every five years, and some members are re-elected at each term. The replacement rate is less than 1/3 to maintain the continuity of the work of the Board of Directors. ⑼ Develop internal management system.
Article 19 The board of directors must be attended by more than 2/3 of the directors before it can be convened, and its resolution must be passed by more than 2/3 of the directors present before it can take effect.
Article 20 The Board of Directors shall hold at least one meeting per year, and may also be held by communication in special circumstances.
Article 21 The Society shall establish a Standing Council. The Standing Council is elected by the Board of Directors. During the inter-session period of the Standing Council, the Presidium exercises the functions and powers specified in Items 1, 3, 5, 6, 7, 8 and 9 of Article 18 and is responsible to the Board of Directors (the number of standing directors does not vary). ⑶ The maximum age of the chairman, vice-chairman and secretary-general shall not exceed 70 years old, and the secretary-general shall be full-time;

⑸ Have not been subject to criminal punishment depriving political rights;
⑹ Have full capacity for civil conduct.
Article 25 If the chairman, vice-chairman or secretary-general of the society exceeds the maximum age for office, they must be voted by the board of directors, reported to the business supervisory unit for review and approved by the society registration and management authority before they can hold office. .
Article 26 The term of office of the chairman, vice-chairman and secretary-general of this society is five years. (The term of office of the chairman, vice-chairman and secretary-general shall not exceed two terms at most. If the term of office needs to be extended due to special circumstances, it shall be approved by a vote of more than 2/3 of the member representatives at the member representative conference, and shall be reported to the business supervisory unit for review and approved by the society registration and management authority. Chapter 6 Procedures for Amending the Articles of Association

Chapter 7 Termination Procedures and Property Disposal after Termination

Chapter 8 Supplementary Provisions
