Relevant "forbidden restrictions" carry out scientific management and planning by refining traffic control and building an urban intelligent transportation network, so as to realize the balanced development and harmonious coexistence of vehicles such as automobiles and motorcycles. Meet the needs of people's livelihood, promote consumption, stabilize growth, slow congestion and reduce pollution; Promote the healthy development of motorcycle industry in China in a fair market environment.

China's motorcycle enterprises do not produce or sell products that do not meet national standards and technical, quality and environmental protection requirements. While abiding by national laws and standardizing operations, we should take the initiative to assume social responsibility for traffic safety, spread law-abiding safety concepts, and participate in safety publicity and training.

Local media actively participate in traffic safety public welfare activities from dealers, and do a good job in safety education and guidance. Do not sell fake and shoddy products, guide motorcycle users to buy and use regular and legal motorcycles, and cooperate with them to obtain licenses, certificates, helmets and equipment.
