There are two empty walls next to the blackboard at the back. You can post some photos of class activities, get a bulletin board dedicated to posting some notices and grades, or buy a whiteboard for students to play freely. Then you can post some inspirational slogans on the blackboard in front of you. You can put a pot of plants on the empty cupboard. (I hope it helps you >)
