China Women's Volleyball Ningbo Beilun Training Base has a total construction area of1630m2, which consists of three single buildings: a sports hotel, a comprehensive training hall and a swimming pool.

The plane and space scale design of the room takes into account the needs of tall athletes, and the furniture configuration in the room also takes into account the usual living habits of athletes.

1, serve:

The server must serve within 8 seconds after the first referee blows the whistle to allow the service. After the ball is thrown or the bearer quits, he must hit the ball with any part of his hand or arm before the ball hits the ground. The ball can only be thrown or returned once, but it is allowed to clap or fiddle with the ball in your hand.

When the server hits the ball or misses the ball, he shall not trample on the ground (including the end line) and the ground outside the service area. After hitting the ball, you can trample or land on the court or outside the service area.

2. The player's position on the court:

When the server hits the ball, the players of both sides (except the server) must stand in the court in rotation order, and the three players near the net are the front row players, whose positions are No.4 (left), No.3 (middle) and No.2 (right) respectively.

The other three players are in the back row, and their positions are No.5 (left), No.6 (middle) and 1 (right).

The position of players should be judged according to the landing position of their feet: the front row players have at least a part of one foot, the back row players' feet are closer to the center line, and the right (left) side players have at least a part of one foot, which is closer to the right (left) sideline than the middle row players.
