New regulations on military holidays
According to the relevant laws and regulations, the leave of non-commissioned officers visiting relatives does not include the holiday time of national statutory holidays. Unmarried noncommissioned officers who live far away from their parents (divorced or widowed noncommissioned officers) have the right to visit their parents twice during their term of office, with each holiday lasting 20 days; Non-commissioned officers above the second grade have the right to visit their parents once a year for 30 days at a time.
Officers who have graduated from military academies or local colleges and enlisted in the army shall be arranged to take vacations from the second year.
Officers who meet one of the following conditions shall be given 40 days' leave every year:
(a) troops stationed in Tibet and other areas above 3000 meters above sea level (including this number, the same below), but I am on duty in these areas all the year round;
(2) working in areas below 3000 meters above sea level in Qinghai (excluding this number, the same below);
(3) working in a frontier company; (4) Working in an environment where the combat troops are in danger of nuclear radiation all the year round.
Legal basis: Article 8 of the Regulations of China People's Liberation Army on Visiting Family and Vacation for Non-commissioned Officers in Active Service.
