(1)ygt 5- 12 Installation of hydraulic steel bar straightener

YGT5- 12 steel bar hydraulic straightener should do the following work before installation:

1. Check whether the parts of the whole machine are complete and the position is reliable.

2. When installing against a wall or other buildings, there should be a relatively loose equipment maintenance space of about one meter.

3. Leave a wide space for raw materials.

4. Leave a place convenient for stacking and transporting finished products.

5. When installing the equipment, attention should be paid to ensure that the steel bars from feeding, straightening, roller groove center and trolley fixed cylindrical cutter center are in a horizontal line. The blanking box should be on the same center line, about 5cm below the center line. The blanking bearing frame is close to the machine body and fixed with expansion bolts.

6. The electrical control cabinet is installed on the ground about 1.5m opposite to the main engine.

7. The linear distance between the wire and the steel bar straightener must be greater than 6 meters to ensure that the steel bar has enough stretching space to meet the production needs.

8. The steel bar straightening and cutting machine should use an air automatic switch with leakage protection function of not less than 60 amps alone, and use a national standard cable of not less than 6 square meters to access the electric control box. The steel bar straightener shall be equipped with qualified protective ground wire according to the equipment identification position.

(2) Adjustment of YGT5- 12 steel bar hydraulic straightener

1, check whether the wiring is correct in strict accordance with the electrical wiring diagram. Whether the manual control of inching and stopping control is correct and reliable. Check whether the running direction of the main motor is correct.

2. L-AN68 mechanical oil should be added to the traction wheel reducer. The oil level is maintained in a plane position on the worm. Add L-HM46 antiwear hydraulic oil to the oil level line.

3. Connect the tubing according to the hydraulic working principle. After confirming that there are no obstacles and other abnormal phenomena in all parts of the system, the motor can be started for idling test.

5, the working principle of hydraulic system and its adjustment method:

The hydraulic system is driven by a motor and a gear pump to drive the oil cylinder to reciprocate. The machine adopts single tubing working mode and relies on gravity spring to return, with less oil consumption and fast moving speed, and can cut 30cm short material.

Pressure adjustment method of YGT5- 12 steel bar hydraulic straightener

1. Straightening steel bars are selected for pressure measurement. When φ 8-φ 12 ㎜, tighten the relief valve to boost the pressure. In general, the system pressure should be 9- 10Mp of the safe working pressure. 2. Adjust the gap between the upper and lower cutters. The clearance shall be 0.1-0.2mm.. When adjusting, loosen the screw that fixes the cylindrical knife. Adjust the cylindrical cutter until the clearance is appropriate, and then press the fixing screw.

1, empty machine operation, check whether the machine runs smoothly and test whether the moving knife is normal.

2. Pull the coil out from one end, manually pre-straighten it about 1 m, and then thread it into the straightening drum, through the traction wheel and through the cylindrical knife.

3. Adjust the eccentricity of the correction wheel in the correction cylinder to a proper position.

4. Turn on the air switch of the control cabinet, set the length meter on the display screen to the required length, and set the required number of counters. Press the reset button.

5. Operators can work normally after being trained and mastering the operation specifications.
