Does Zhangdian government have a demolition and reconstruction plan for Lijingyuan?

Zhangdian government has no demolition and renovation plan for Lijingyuan. Lijingyuan Beiyuan is located in the west of South Road at the intersection of Liantong Road, Xiwu Road, Zhangdian District, opposite to the third dormitory of Shifu City. It is a residential area planned and developed by Shandong Venture Real Estate Development Co., Ltd., which was completed in 1995, with 48 buildings with about 1,578 households and no elevators. On November 27th, 218, the Zhangdian government installed the first old building elevator project with complete procedures in Zibo according to the residents' difficulties in getting up and down the stairs. After later debugging and acceptance, the elevator will be officially put into use. This elevator has little impact on residents, and can be used by 6-8 people at the same time, which can better meet the needs of residents. After the construction is completed and passed the acceptance, residents will also enjoy the government subsidy policy. Subsequently, the Zhangdian government did not show the relevant renovation plan of Lijingyuan.
