With the help of Hanzhong City, Foping County Comprehensive Reform Department and the county-wide assistance department, we will make overall use of funds to transform rural power grids, lay sewage pipes, build villagers' leisure squares, supporting amusement facilities, lighting projects, and build new public toilets and parking lots to realize tap water access to households. Develop farmhouse music, drive local villagers to develop homestay construction, and build a core tourist area featuring leisure vacation, agricultural sightseeing and national treasure exploration.

At the same time, in order to enable more villagers to rely on the development of e-commerce, the unified management of cooperatives, and the support of national poverty alleviation policies. Baofeng Agricultural Products Cooperative in Foping County started the industrial operation mode of "base+cooperative+e-commerce", relying on e-commerce platform and cooperatives to attract farmers without labor force, organizing poor households to hold groups, making villagers become "shareholders", actively promoting the development of farming industry in the village, and effectively accelerating the process of agricultural industrialization and the pace of increasing the income of poor farmers. At present, the cooperative has 58 members, and its business includes: Chinese bee breeding, Chinese herbal medicine planting, forest breeding and cold-water fish breeding.

In order to further open the Foping agricultural special products market, Shaanxi Agricultural Comprehensive Platform and Baofeng Agricultural Products Cooperative reached a * * * understanding to help villagers get rid of poverty and become rich through resource sharing.
