(6) Actively improve the self-construction and internal management of the transportation administration inspection team.

2. Strengthen the cultivation of reserve backbone.

In view of the characteristics of large turnover of personnel and constant adjustment of posts, the inspection team has urgent requirements for the cultivation of backbone forces. The training plan is specially formulated by the headquarters of the team, and it is conducted by means of centralized lectures, backbone lectures, special seminars, comprehensive assessment and discussion and selection of party branches, so as to further improve the professional level, comprehensive law enforcement quality and organizational management ability of the backbone inspection team and promote the overall quality of the team.

Resistance to the law and refusal to inspect are still serious.

In the first half of the year, transportation law enforcement encountered some resistance, and the personal safety of front-line transportation law enforcement personnel was threatened to varying degrees, mainly manifested in forcibly punching illegal vehicles, illegal freight transportation, stowage business households gathering evil forces to violently resist the law, and threatening and insulting transportation law enforcement personnel.

(2) Team building and safety management need to be further strengthened.

Due to the large number of new comrades in our team and the large turnover of personnel, some team members have insufficient inspection experience; The safety awareness of most new comrades needs to be strengthened.

(3) The personnel gap of the brigade is too large, which brings certain difficulties to the law enforcement of transportation administration.

At present, there are five inspection teams 1 and 4 1 who are responsible for the monitoring and management of the road transport market order in Guangzhou, and the personnel gap is too large to effectively guarantee all items; When carrying out large-scale rectification actions, it is difficult to deploy personnel and enforce the law.
