Shangxi Village is located in Pingmen Township in the north of Chun 'an County, 25 kilometers away from Qiandao Lake Scenic Area, 50 kilometers west of Hangzhou-Huizhou Expressway, and 0/60 kilometers south of Hangzhou.

Scenic spots are rich in tourism resources. There are 12 waterfalls with different styles, diverse forms and close connections in the green canyon of Fiona Fang with the village as the center. The impact of the waterfall river has produced high-concentration negative ions which are very beneficial to human body, reaching more than 2,000 per cubic centimeter, ten times higher than that of ordinary scenic spots. It is a good place for leisure, vacation and recuperation. There is a stone dragon more than 700 meters long in front of the village, which separates Shangxi Village into a paradise. At the same time, there is a strong legacy of Dazhai in the village, and there are many terraces and slogans during the Cultural Revolution.

The scenic spot is currently under development and construction, and it is expected to be completed and opened on May 1 next year. According to the plan, the scenic spot is based on huge waterfalls, majestic Shilongbei and Dazhai Village. Relying on a good ecological environment, eco-tourism is the main thing, supplemented by exploration, folk customs and leisure. At present, it can receive tourists from adventure tours, self-help tours and backpacking tours.
