As a party member, we should strengthen and improve the Party's work style in an all-round way according to the requirements put forward by the Central Committee. We should work hard, practise economy, be brave in difficulties, forge ahead, be conscientious and selfless. Resolutely oppose formalism that covets fame and wealth, wastes people's money, and bureaucracy that is divorced from the masses and reality.

First, the main problems in the style of cadres

(1) Neglect of study and unhealthy style of study. Ignoring theoretical study, not reading books and newspapers, muddling along without learning, lacking the basic theory of Marxism-Leninism and new knowledge of the development of the times; Unable to do new things and solve new problems; Lack of new achievements in integrating theory with practice and processing by one's own mind; Some comrades study only to show their so-called theoretical knowledge, but not to transform their subjective world.

(2) conservative ideological style. Some comrades are rigid in thinking, do things by experience, are unwilling to use their brains, have no original ideas, are afraid of risks, lack innovative working ideas, and lack initiative and innovation; Some comrades are afraid of offending people, don't talk about the principle of party spirit, dare not refute wrong views, dare not criticize wrong behavior, dare not fight corruption, and only care about self-interest, relationships, feelings and the peace of inner-party life.

(3) Formalism of work style. Some comrades only pay attention to the form of work, ignoring the actual effect of work, and are satisfied with holding meetings and issuing documents, with more work arrangements and less actual inspections, emphasizing more tasks and less research measures; Communicate the meeting at the meeting, learn to speak at the speech, and implement the document on the document;

The fundamental reason for the above problems is that the theory is immature and the party spirit is not firm, which shakes the belief of * *, leading to the vicious expansion of extreme individualism, hedonism and money worship. Therefore, we must strengthen the sense of urgency and crisis in the work style construction and take effective measures to do a good job in the party's work style construction.

Second, measures to strengthen work style construction

(1) Theoretical innovation and firm belief.

We must adhere to the ideological line of emancipating the mind and seeking truth from facts, proceed from reality in everything, make the theory develop with the continuous development of social practice and innovate according to the requirements of social practice. "As long as we stand in the forefront of the times, base ourselves on new practices, grasp the characteristics of the times, study major issues in reality by using the basic theory of Marxism, deepen our understanding of the ruling law of the * * * production party, the law of socialist construction and the law of the development of human society, and constantly absorb all new scientific experiences, new ideas and new achievements, we will certainly make new contributions to enriching and developing Marxism."

Of course, theoretical innovation is a hard process, and learning and mastering theory is not an easy task, so we must pay enough attention to it ideologically. Practice has proved that only by arming theory as the need to realize ideals and beliefs, as the need of self-improvement and self-appreciation, can learning enter the mind and be closely linked with one's own ideological reality; Only through the processing of the brain can we form our own views and new understandings, so as to correct the style of study, study hard, lay a solid theoretical foundation, establish a correct world outlook, outlook on life and values, and meet the challenges of the new century with new ideas and new spiritual realm.

(2) Innovating working methods and improving leadership.

First, innovate the party's leadership system. It is to consolidate the core position of the party's leadership in the system and strengthen the institutional innovation of party building. The party should manage the party, manage the party well, and put party building in the first place.

Establish and improve a set of scientific, effective and operable effective mechanisms, constantly promote the institutionalization and standardization of party style construction, maintain the ideological and organizational purity of the party, maintain the advanced nature of the party, and ensure that the leadership of Socialism with Chinese characteristics is in the hands of real Marxists.

Second, we must realize the transformation of the party's ruling style. Correctly handle the relationship between the party and the government, and form a scientific and standardized ruling mechanism under the leadership of the party Committee. Administrative power is exercised by administrative personnel, and administrative affairs are done by administrative personnel. Party committees cannot interfere or do everything. The party's leadership over administrative work is guaranteed by managing leading cadres and supervising the implementation of the party's line, principles and policies.

Third, we must realize the transformation of the party's working methods. The way of the party's activities is the concrete embodiment of the party's purpose. The purpose of the party is to serve the people wholeheartedly, which requires that the party's activities must be closely linked with the masses, from the masses to the masses. However, the main problems existing in the party's style of work are precisely reflected in the relationship between the party and the masses.
