First, improve system construction and consolidate basic management.

Since the establishment of the automation factory in September XX, our department has just been established, and many systems are still not perfect. Under the correct guidance of the leaders, it gradually stepped onto the formal from the previous fragmented.

1. Passion slogan is inspiring.

Since the semi-militarization of the department, passionate slogans have been an indispensable lesson for us every day. High efficiency, high quality, high quality products in mind.

2. A clean and tidy workshop environment can make the operator feel comfortable. Orderly arranging articles can reduce the search time and make the work more efficient. 6s management can bring many benefits to our production. As a leader in production, it is our duty to carry out 6s to the end.

From the initial confusion of our materials, falling blocks on the ground, no division, and messy stool placement to the later division of workshop areas, the boundaries are clear, there are regional signs, the items are classified and placed neatly, and labeled, so that employees can quickly find what they need, reduce search time and improve work efficiency.

The "6s management" system is implemented internally, and the regional responsibility is implemented to people. Six-second cross-examination was conducted in each group to find different problems with each other and prevent visual fatigue.

3. Strengthen equipment arrangement, rectification and three-level maintenance control.

4. Provide employees with necessary personal protective equipment.

5. Improve the necessary safety warning signs and slogans.

6. Conduct regular or irregular inspections on the implementation of measures to improve the causes of industrial production safety accidents.

7. Gradually improve the safety system and safety operation guidance documents, and supervise the implementation.

Second, strengthen education and training to improve the overall quality of employees.

Over the past six months, the workshop has been working under a brand-new organizational structure, which puts forward higher requirements for safety education and business training in the workshop. According to the requirements, the workshop has made an annual training plan, which covers all aspects of workshop quality management, safety production, equipment maintenance, fire control knowledge, system management and so on. Combined with the actual workshop, according to the workshop plan, organized and step by step to carry out workshop training.

The workshop organizes all employees to carry out safety knowledge training. The whole training process is relaxed and orderly, and the training content is easy to understand. Through the development of this training activity, employees' awareness of safety in production and fire safety knowledge have been further enhanced, and all employees in the workshop have firmly established the awareness of "safety first", which has laid a solid foundation for the safety management of the workshop in the future.

Third, strengthen product quality management in the workshop.

In order to ensure the smooth progress of the factory reform, the normal operation of the workshop and the completion of the production plan with good quality and quantity, the workshop has determined the working policy of "improving quality, reducing consumption and increasing efficiency", and the quality management work mainly includes:

1. Setting processing parameters according to requirements and standardizing employees' operation methods can reduce the generation of defective products and waste products and ensure the yield of products.

2. Regular maintenance of equipment can greatly reduce the failure rate of equipment and improve production efficiency.

3. The workshop strengthens the online product quality control of all employees through mandatory management system and organizational learning, and promotes the gradual implementation of "everyone is a quality inspector".

Fourth, strengthen workshop safety management and enhance employees' safety awareness.

In accordance with the safety policy of "safety first, prevention first", the workshop organized the revision and improvement of various safety rules and regulations and management systems on the basis of good safety training for employees, formulated a breakdown table of workshop environment/occupational health and safety objectives (indicators), and decomposed the environmental/occupational health and safety objectives (indicators) issued by the factory into various posts layer by layer, and signed an environmental/occupational health and safety commitment letter.

Over the past six months, the workshop has always regarded safety production as the key work. The workshop determines full-time personnel to manage the workshop safety work and complete the identification of workshop environmental factors and hazards; Organize personnel to regularly check the workshop fire safety facilities, and make timely rectification when problems are found. At the same time, the workshop constantly strengthens the supervision and inspection of the safe operation of equipment.

Through the above work, employees' safety awareness, operating skills, self-protection awareness and ability have been generally improved and enhanced. In the second half of XX, there was no fire accident, no major production safety accident, no major industrial injury equipment accident, and the accident rate of minor injury and serious injury was zero.

In the new year, I will strengthen the cultivation of all employees' skills and awareness, and continue to improve and implement them, with only a starting point and no end. Enhance the sense of responsibility, enhance the sense of teamwork, actively do the work to the point and implement it, and I will do my best to reduce the pressure on leaders.
