The tallest building in Nanchang

At present, the tallest building in Jiangxi is the Jiangxi Provincial Electric Power Bureau Office Building in Nanchang, which is 136 meters high and has 36 floors. The proposed tallest building in the province is the Nanchang World Trade Center, with its main twin towers 150 meters high and 40 floors. Nanchang Financial Street, jointly developed by Honggutan Management Committee and Beijing Financial Holdings Co., Ltd., officially started construction. The project plans to build a 249-meter super high-rise office building. After completion, it will become the tallest building in our province and a new landmark in Nanchang and even Jiangxi.

Nanchang Financial Street is located in the central area of ????Honggutan, more than 200 meters away from the Nanchang Municipal Party Committee and Municipal Government offices, more than 600 meters away from the Ganjiang River, and is adjacent to Fenghe Avenue, the city's main road, to the east, Fenghe 1st Road to the west, and Fenghe 1st Road to the south. It is adjacent to Honggu 5th Road and to the north of Planning 2nd Road. The land is about 1,000 meters long from north to south and 250 meters wide from east to west. The planned area is about 22 hectares and the total construction area is 960,000 square meters. The super high-rise office building it plans to build has a main height of 249 meters, once again setting a new height for Jiangxi cities and becoming the well-deserved "highest in Jiangxi".
