According to the actual situation of the college, some regulations on campus environmental sanitation and greening management are formulated as follows:

I. Management content

(A) Campus environmental sanitation management

1, the greening and cleaning center of the logistics management office is responsible for the environmental sanitation cleaning and cleaning of the public * * * areas of the college (primary and secondary roads, leisure squares, garden attractions, public * * * green spaces and employee residential areas).

2 billboards, bulletin boards, windows, billboards, placards, etc. Set in the public part of the college, the setting and use department is responsible for cleaning.

3. The secondary unit of the college cleans the health responsibility area of the department, leaving no health dead ends.

4. The physical education teaching and research section is responsible for the cleaning of the sports venues in the college.

5, infrastructure, building maintenance and construction, building materials must be piled up in the designated area, it is strictly prohibited on campus; Construction waste should be "Nissan Nissin", leaving no dead ends.

6, water, electricity pipe network construction trench, to do after the completion of the compaction, restitution.

7, clean up the sewage sludge should be removed in time, can't pile up overnight.

8. It is forbidden to dump or pile up garbage along roads or public places on campus; It is forbidden to sweep garbage on the roadside; It is forbidden to burn garbage and leaves on campus; It is forbidden to spit or throw fruits, skins, cores, cigarette butts and scraps of paper in public places.

9, all kinds of posters, slogans and advertising materials can only be posted on the designated publicity column, prohibited in the trunk, telephone poles, buildings, structures, windows, signs posted.

10, the greening and cleaning center should regularly spray drugs on public toilets and garbage dumps to kill mosquitoes, flies, rats and other pests and diseases.

1 1, garbage and waste generated by economic entities and commercial outlets (stalls) on campus shall be cleaned by all units themselves.

12. The vehicles used by the construction unit to transport construction wastes, engineering dregs and wastes on campus shall be sealed and shall not leak.

13. Solid (liquid) garbage and animal carcasses containing radioactivity, germs, viruses, inflammable and explosive substances and other harmful substances produced in teaching and scientific research experiments shall be treated harmlessly in accordance with relevant state regulations, and shall not be discarded or discharged at will.

(B) Campus environmental greening management

1, the greening and cleaning center is responsible for the greening and management of public green space, scenic woodland, protective green space, street trees and green scenic spots on campus.

2. No unit or individual has the right to occupy or change the nature of green space without authorization, and shall not destroy the topography, landforms and vegetation of green space. Temporary occupation of green space due to the basic construction of the college is limited to the approved temporary facilities for engineering construction; After the expiration of temporary occupation, the construction unit shall resume within the prescribed time limit.

3. It is strictly forbidden for any secondary unit or individual in the college to carry out the following acts:

(a) unauthorized felling of trees, deforestation, planting vegetables in public green spaces, garden attractions and leisure squares.

2. Stack sundries in the green space, damaging flowers and trees.

(3) Nailing, carving, winding wires and setting up billboards on trees.

(4) Building buildings, surrounding trees, picking flowers and fruits, collecting seed strips and excavating seedlings in the green space.

5] Dumping domestic garbage, construction garbage and other wastes into the green space.

Second, the reward and punishment measures

(a) where one of the following conditions is met, the collectives and individuals shall be given spiritual or material rewards according to their contributions:

1, the top three in the comprehensive health evaluation at the end of the term, giving different levels of rewards to the units and responsible persons.

2, exemplary maintenance of campus environmental sanitation facilities and public facilities, bold management, the courage to correct illegal behavior, with the destruction of public facilities.

(two) in violation of the provisions of these measures, one of the following acts shall be ordered by the Green Cleaning Center of the Logistics Management Office to correct the illegal acts, take corrective measures, and may be punished as appropriate:

1, spitting, littering, cigarette butts, scraps of paper and waste;

2. Refuse to be bagged, put in barrels (boxes) or discarded at will;

3, in buildings, structures, ground facilities, tree trunks graffiti or without approval, hanging and posting promotional materials;

4. Dumping wastes at will;

5, the construction site is not equipped with guardrail facilities, and the site is not cleaned and leveled in time after completion, which affects the school capacity and environmental sanitation;

6, transportation engineering muck, building materials, bulk goods, etc. , causing leakage and scattering;

7, theft, occupation, migration, damage to environmental sanitation facilities;

8. Failing to fulfill the obligation of cleaning and cleaning in the responsible area, which affects environmental sanitation;

9, burning leaves and waste;

10, dumping toxic and hazardous wastes at will.

Anyone who violates the provisions of these measures shall be punished by the Green Cleaning Center of Logistics Management Office in accordance with these measures.
