Recently, the phenomenon of blood shortage broke out all over the country, and now it is a tense period of blood use. The emergency of blood banks is a common situation in most cities. Moreover, due to misunderstanding, the number of unpaid blood donors is declining and the blood source is insufficient. Therefore, Class 1, Grade 11, Department of Planning, Teachers College held this activity of caring for blood donation and repaying the society. This activity provided a certain amount of fresh blood for the blood bank in Hengyang City to ensure the normal use of blood, and at the same time, it also took this opportunity to inspire the students' dedication, donate blood for free and care for life. More importantly, this activity will encourage people to take action to pass on their love, and call on more people to join the volunteer team of voluntary blood donation, so as to actively cope with the recent blood shortage caused by people's lack of awareness of blood donation, so that students and even the whole society can truly understand the true meaning of dedication!

III. Activity Content

This activity is a public welfare activity to repay the society, and the task of propaganda and agitation is heavy. In order to keep the students informed of the current situation of the activity in time, we have made relevant posters and banners.

This activity reflects the students' brand-new mental outlook. Before the activity, all the students held a mobilization meeting for this activity in the classroom. The relevant person in charge made specific arrangements for this activity. At 1: a.m. on November 16th, the students gathered at my activity place on time, carrying flags and young volunteer hats, and set off for their destination with passion and responsibility. Everyone arrived at the blood station in Hengyang city center. After coordinating with the blood station staff, the students actively cooperated with the medical staff in the central blood station, and carried out the procedures of registration, blood type determination, physical examination and blood drawing in sequence.

However, there are still some shortcomings in the activities, and the handover on duty between departments is not in place enough, which will make the order just after the handover a little chaotic. There is also the application for tables and chairs and so on, which must be confirmed in advance. However, on the whole, this activity was quite successful.
