3. Wipe the stone slurry surface

Cement slurry must be measured in strict accordance with the mixture ratio. Color terrazzo should first dry mix white cement and pigment repeatedly according to the mixture ratio, and after mixing, it should be carefully screened for many times, so that the pigment can be evenly mixed in white cement, and the reserve of slurry filling can be adjusted. Finally, it should be evenly mixed with stone rice according to the proportion, and stirred with water.

(1) Mechanical grinders should be used for large-scale construction, and small-scale portable grinders can be used for grinding small areas and corners. When mechanical grinding is not available locally, manual grinding can be used. Grind before grinding. If the stone particles are not loose after grinding, grinding can be started. In general, grinding time is related to temperature and cement grade.

⑵ The polishing operation should adopt the method of "two slurries and three grinds", that is, the whole polishing process is divided into three polishing and two slurry filling.
