Will the air conditioner explode if fluoride is added too much?

There is no air conditioning now. Too much fluoride will explode. The explosion of air conditioner was caused by refrigerant R32. R32 refrigerant: It is easy to burn and explode in case of naked flame, lighted gas appliance or turned on electric heater!

Although the cause of the explosion is not necessarily caused by R32, it is an indisputable fact that foreign aircraft have exploded many times. R32 is a combustible gas, the concentration of which reaches a certain proportion in the air, and it will explode when it meets an open flame. Air conditioners using R32 refrigerant should pay attention to safety!

Precautions for R32 product installation

1. The anti-disassembly nut end of the large and small connecting pipes shall be butted with the indoor unit, and the non-disassembly nut end shall be butted with the outdoor unit.

2. Before binding the connecting pipe, determine the dislocation size of the anti-disassembly nut end of the connecting pipe according to the dislocation size of the evaporator joint, and then bind it.

3. Before tightening the joint, ensure that the bell mouth is perpendicular to the conical surface of the evaporator joint.

4, respectively, with two adjustable wrench fixed in the position of the arrow, and then completes the heat preservation measures.

5. According to the product requirements of R4 10A, vacuumize and maintain the pressure, open the large and small valve cores and fix the rear cover nuts.

6. After installation, install the valve protection handle.

Matters needing attention in fluoride addition of air conditioner

1, turn on the air conditioner

When fluoride is added in summer, the air conditioner can operate directly in the form of refrigeration. Because it is impossible to add fluoride in heating state, it is necessary to pull the reversing valve line by heating to force the air conditioner to enter the cooling state when adding fluoride in winter.

2. Connect fluorination equipment

After the air conditioner is started normally, connect the fluorine adding equipment from the process port on the low-pressure valve side of the outdoor unit. In this process, the air and dirt in the fluorination tube must be discharged.

3. Pressure measurement and fluoride addition

The low pressure was investigated in summer. When the ambient temperature is about 32 degrees Celsius, the pressure is controlled at about 0.45MP.

In winter, the high pressure during heating is controlled at around 1.7MP after the pressure is stabilized.

4. Dismantle fluoride equipment

Dismantle the fluorination equipment in the refining state and tighten the sealed receiver of the external machine; If the equipment is dismantled under heating conditions, a large number of freon leaks will be formed.
