1. Physical changes: Before giving birth, my wife was slim, well-proportioned, tall, with smooth skin, not so thin in appearance, and her physical quality was ok. She often plays badminton and runs with me, feeling like a girl.

After giving birth, my wife has stretch marks on her stomach and her skin is much looser than before. Although I have recovered a lot after giving birth to a child, I often have dark spots and pigment accumulation now, and I feel a lot older on my expression. I am often at a loss and feel very tired. The overall feeling is not as good as before giving birth.

2. Psychological changes: Before having children, I look forward to all kinds of beauty in my life every day. How to live a colorful life like a little girl, all kinds of plans and plans, completely don't care about the eyes of people around you. It doesn't matter what my little life is;

After giving birth to a child, due to physiological changes, the attention of people around her gradually shifted to the child, and she was no longer the only little princess. This sense of gap can easily lead to postpartum depression: I feel that life is boring, boring, and it is a child's business to open my eyes and close my eyes. The rhythm of life is no longer under my control, but is completely led by children. Once I slow down, I will probably slow down step by step. And the psychological burden is getting heavier every day: will I become an old woman? Does the husband love himself less? My body has changed so much that I can't wear those beautiful clothes before. I feel inferior! And so on, all kinds of negative thoughts began to appear.
