What kinds of floor heating are there?

Floor heating is a common warm-keeping equipment, which is divided into many types. Different types of floor heating have their own advantages and disadvantages. Next, PChouse will tell you the types of floor heating.

circulatory system

Liquid circulation system is a heating mode that radiates low-temperature hot water from underground. Hot water with the temperature not higher than 60℃ circulates in the heating pipe to heat the floor, and the floor is heated by radiation (primary) and convection (secondary) heat transfer.

Electric heating

Electric floor heating is a heating mode in which the upper limit of surface temperature is 65℃, heating cables are buried under the floor, the floor is heated by heating cables, and the room temperature or floor temperature is controlled by a controller to realize floor radiation heating. It mainly has the advantages of comfort, energy saving, environmental protection, flexibility and maintenance-free.

Wet floor heating

Wet floor heating is a mature installation technology in the floor heating type, and the price will be cheaper. It is the dominant technology in the domestic floor heating market. The so-called wet type means that the floor heating pipeline is embedded with concrete, and then the floor materials such as floors and tiles are laid on the concrete layer. This layer of concrete not only protects and fixes the pipeline, but also is the main channel for transferring heat. The concrete layer can evenly distribute heat and reduce local overheating or supercooling.

Dry floor heating

Dry floor heating, also known as ultra-thin floor heating, is named because it does not need backfilling compared with ordinary floor heating installation methods. Because there is no need for backfill layer, it reduces the floor height compared with ordinary floor heating, so it is also called ultra-thin floor heating.
