Practice of Huangshan sesame seed cake

Huangshan sesame seed cake, also known as "crab shell yellow sesame seed cake", "rescue sesame seed cake" and "Huang Yin sesame seed cake", is a traditional famous food of the Han nationality in Huizhou, Anhui Province, and is popular in ancient Huizhou and its surrounding areas.

Production materials:

Flour 1250g, yeast 500g, pig fat 750g, dried plum 135g, chopped green onion 40g, refined salt 100g, edible alkali 15g, sesame 75g, maltose 50g and sesame oil.

Exercise:

2. 3. Wipe the dust off the wall of the heating furnace with a clean wet cloth, block the oven door, put biscuit blanks on the furnace wall, add some water to the side without sesame seeds, remove the oven door plug, and bake for about 10 minutes.
