I am very responsible to tell you that the failure rate of Gree air conditioner is really too high.

In order to fool users, Gree deliberately fabricated many types of air conditioners and made this meaningless brand, but no matter what type of Gree air conditioner, it must be very poor, because Gree's technology and management are too poor, and the products can't be done by hype alone. The failure rate is high.

Through my personal experience, the quality of Gree Electric is poor and the service is even worse. Anyway, I won't buy Gree products in the future.

I have used two Gree products, a floor fan, and the cover is actually fixed with a 1 mm screw nut, which is inconvenient to disassemble and easy to lose. All other products have a convenient way to repair the formula, but it doesn't have to be a "unique" brain injury.

A Gree air conditioner, the outdoor unit actually has a tail outside the machine-an ordinary cord connected to eight sensors. My installation was bitten off by a mouse in less than half a year on the sixth floor, so I can't start it.

I really don't know if the "environment" is on the first floor and the second floor. What should I do if I buy a Gree air conditioner?

Later, I also reflected this matter to Gree head office through Gree official website, hoping to get the opinions of the head office. But there is no feedback from the after-sales service of the head office.

But I used a certain brand of air conditioner, and five years later, the fan of the external machine broke down. As soon as I call, I'll come to repair it and replace it for free. There is no need to talk.
