Citizens should actively respond to the national ecological civilization strategy, reduce the waste of resources, and push the country towards a new era of socialist ecological civilization. ③ Actively participate in democratic decision-making, and put forward suggestions on ecological civilization construction to relevant departments by telephone, letter, fax and e-mail to improve the construction of system of ecological civilization.
