How to quit addiction and stay focused?

How to quit addiction? Tell me my story first.

Last Sunday, I went to the vegetable market and bought a lot of vegetables. I was going to cook a big meal, but I felt a little upset and didn't want to do anything. I kept eating, and then I started watching TV. I didn't really want to watch it, but I didn't know what to do. I was thinking about whether to go to my sister's house, but I didn't leave. I just turned over a drama "Upstream" and started watching it. Actually, I didn't think it was very good. I watched one episode after another from after two o'clock noon until after two o'clock in the morning. I can't imagine that I can watch it for so long. Earlier, my brain began to feel groggy and uncomfortable, but the phrase "watch another episode" in my head made me want to stop. God, I have to go to work the next day.

The state of the next day can be imagined. My brain has been groggy, painful and super uncomfortable. It's killing me to stay up all night. I'm not in the state all day. The key is that my mind is still on the TV series. I watch dinner on the road and watch it on my mobile phone whenever there is a gap. I went to yoga on Monday night, and when I came back to the car, I found that I couldn't put down my mobile phone at home. Later, I found that I didn't play the card I should have played. I said to myself, "Don't concentrate on the French exam, don't learn English, and learn it next year." I almost compromised. Later, I said I couldn't, so I played the English card in a perfunctory way. I didn't look at the French exam and played a rest card, and then I was addicted to the drama. Fortunately, I didn't dare to stay up late

I don't know which one I think (three me in psychology) is, how can I hold on to my TV addiction like this and concentrate on my study, so I started my psychological course and actual combat of quitting addiction, which I have never observed and studied so carefully before. Write it down for later use, and don't be too confident in your self-control.

At first, I was very uncomfortable and wanted to watch TV. When did I start to want to stop this TV addiction? I think it was more than an hour of yoga class on Monday night, which immersed my brain in the music, posture and strength of yoga and gave my brain a rest. This rest made the three of me awake, and with my own breathing, I saw the fact that I was being controlled by TV addiction. On Tuesday, I began to make myself stop thinking about TV dramas. As soon as I wanted to watch TV dramas, I immediately warned that there was nothing to watch. At the same time, I tried to finish my punch-in, English and French exams. I took an enzyme bath around 1 o'clock, and it worked. I began to stop watching TV.

By Wednesday, I was completely out of the addiction, and my mind was completely focused on my work and usual study. At the same time, I carefully thought about the whole process of this incident, what problems I encountered, how I solved them, and what happened? This observation and thinking found their own pattern:

Last Sunday, facing the problems they encountered in their feelings, the solution they chose was to passively face the problems without a positive response, blindly avoiding them and failing to face them squarely and solve them. As a result, my mind called on me to read books, but my subconscious mind didn't want to read them. Then I couldn't calm the quarrel between the two, so I started to eat:

The above is how I entered the TV addiction, and the following is an analysis of how I got out of the TV addiction:

First, yoga classes played a great role. My opinion here is that exercise can make my mind clear, so it is extremely important to develop the habit of exercise.

Second, breathe with fire, so that you can see yourself as you really are and realize the seriousness of the problem. Therefore, you should always be quiet and keep introspection.

the third is thinking and analysis, one is the problem of addiction, and the other is TV series. I see my true self from addiction. My mind is too tough, and I often don't consider my subconscious feelings. I can't balance myself, and I tend to face problems in an evasive way. From the TV series, we should be true and brave, listen to opinions with an open mind, face problems directly, solve problems and keep moving forward.

the fourth is punching in. The community era has come. Join the interested community and grow together. You will not give up so easily in the community.
