It can be seen that in real life, "Tao" and "technique" can solve problems; But there is a very important condition here. The contradiction between the strong and the weak can be solved by Tao and technique. He is selective. The weak can only be solved by surgery, and the weak will basically not accept the so-called fair conditions, because the fairness to the weak is based on the unfairness to the strong, and he has the right to reject any conditions of the weak. For example, employees want to earn tens of thousands of dollars a month without working, and the boss also wants employees to work overtime every day without paying; This is an objective contradiction caused by different starting points of interests. The phenomena that can't be handled well are as follows: the boss is unreasonable, no matter how noisy employees are, they don't raise their wages, and employees use "skills" to resist (passive slack). The boss uses "skills" to strengthen management (strengthen supervision and punish passive slack); In fact, as a result, the upper and lower levels of this unit will become more and more tired. The superior should stare at the subordinates in all directions, and the subordinates try their best to stop guessing. This is cheating all day and inefficiency.

I will treat you as you treat me. This is "art". I will be nice to you first, and then you will be nice to me. This is the Tao. As mentioned above, the opposition and contradiction between boss and employee; If the boss is kind to employees, he may be able to finish a day's work in half a day, while if the boss is not kind to employees, he will be idle for several days. Give up, first "give up" and then "get". This is how to control art with Tao.

Generally speaking, everything, the knowledge of the world, and the success or failure of everything will not be in two categories: Tao is a river, art is a boat, Tao is a rudder, art is an oar, a boat can't be carried without a river, a river is very difficult without a boat, there is no direction without a rudder, and there is no power without an oar, so Tao is a direction, art is a method, Tao is a law, and art is a strategy.
