When I was working, many things my leaders and colleagues did made me feel that they were very selfish.

Working in a work environment, colleagues also like to quarrel with each other because they spend a lot of time. Let me tell you something that makes me feel very incredible. I am the youngest employee in our office. If there are some things in the office, of course I can handle them easily. Once, I went out to do errands. The weather was very hot, so I hurriedly hurried back to the company outside. Before I even reached my seat, I heard an employee asking me to get some bottled water. I'm not the only one in the office who has the strength to carry a bucket of water. And even if one person can't carry it, can't two people still carry a bucket of water? They sit in the office with the air conditioner blowing on, but they are not willing to take the initiative to do even this little thing. So of course I was upset. I replied: "You have nothing to do. Just sit here and wait for me to come back to get water. What's the matter? Can't you just get on the water yourself?" I have never seen such a pretentious employee: "I can't move." Move the water. "I really think it's funny. We are both girls. Even if I can move the water, should it be my job to move the water? We are all ordinary employees in the office, why should I be asked to do things as a matter of course?

There are also leaders, such as my boss. To be honest, our company is just a small company. There are not many employees in the office. Therefore, our immediate leader is the boss. Our company is small, the salary level is not high, and the boss is a carefree and petty person. The main reason why we can retain employees is that we have a rare treatment in a third-tier city like ours, including two weekends and vacations, etc. are all in accordance with national regulations, and the work is usually relatively easy. However, one day, while our boss was pouring tea in the office, he briefly talked to other employees about the three-day national statutory holiday that required us to work overtime at the company. I wasn't in the office when they talked about it, and I didn't know. Then the next day, the boss called several of our employees to his office and announced that we would work overtime. I immediately raised objections on the spot. The contract I signed spelled out my vacation issues, and I would never accept any temporary and unreasonable verbal changes. Second, everyone can handle the work at hand when they usually go to work. What is the basis for suddenly requesting overtime work? So, I asked my boss very directly: "What is the reason for working overtime? Is there any important work to deal with?" Actually, I know the truth. Our boss made it clear that he felt that we took too much vacation, and he felt very uncomfortable, even though we were sitting Even if he has nothing to do in the office, he feels better. How could there be any other reason? Moreover, he recognized the weak position of employees and thought about how we, as employees, would rebuff the boss, so he didn't even think of a clear reason before the meeting. In the end, he couldn't find a reason and could only "laugh" and say it was a joke. If it was really a joke, why did you let the news out to other employees one day and then hold a small meeting with everyone the next day? Also, those employees didn’t tell me about this incident on the first day, which made me feel confident. When I thought about this matter carefully, I realized that they were really scheming.

However, for people like me who don’t know how to play tricks, playing tricks on others will only lead to death. It's often the unexpected directness like mine that makes all their plans fall apart. My plan was to tap into their mentality of being unable to react temporarily even though their hearts were turbulent but could only give up.
