Heaven and hell are in our hearts. One thought of heaven, one thought of hell.

Our hearts go back and forth from heaven and hell so many times every day. Some people say: "Heaven is in the place of heaven, and hell is in the place of hell." I said: "Heaven and hell are in our hearts. A good heart is heaven, and a bad heart is hell. They are all created by the mind."

A heart that follows fate will be free and easy, a normal heart will be calm, a heart that is compassionate will accumulate kindness, a heart that is grateful will be happy, and good and evil will only exist in one thought of the heart. When evil thoughts arise, don't be alarmed, fearful, or afraid. You only need to turn around slightly to catch the shadow of goodness.

Heaven is not above the blue sky, and hell is not under the yellow spring, but exists within the human heart. A kind heart is heaven, and a bad heart is hell.

Good and evil come from the heart, and there is only one heart between hell and heaven. If you have a good intention, you will be in heaven; if you have an evil thought, you will fall into hell.

If evil thoughts emerge from the mind, the door to hell has quietly opened. Only by always holding a kind heart and doing good deeds can we escape reincarnation and avoid falling into hell.

There was a wicked man who, although he had a heart for the Buddha, knew that his sins were serious, so he worriedly said to the Zen master: "I have done many evil things and will definitely go to the Avici Hell. Even if I practice Buddhism, it will be useless in the end."

The Zen master said: "Buddhism is vast and boundless, and can allow people to repent. All bad karma will be eliminated because of good thoughts."

The evil person will be enlightened immediately, and from then on, he will have good thoughts and do good deeds. Follow good deeds and you will end up with good things.

When the Buddha said "put down the butcher's knife", he did not refer to the real knife of killing, but included all malicious evil deeds and delusional and persistent thoughts. Just let go and you will be free.

In the hustle and bustle of the world, it is understandable and human to long for a better life. If you are obsessed with material desires, exhausted mentally and physically by utilitarianism and vanity, or even deliberately plot to rob, you will eventually fall into the abyss of greed and deception. This is evil.

Bewitched by utilitarianism and material desires, you are trapped in it and cannot extricate yourself. In the end, you sink deeper and deeper, locking yourself in the hell of your heart. Only by being indifferent and tranquil, and accumulating good deeds with a compassionate heart, can we turn around calmly and transcend the sea of ??suffering.

Exchange friendship with sincerity, treat relatives, friends, and even opponents with a smile, and life will naturally be bright and sunny. Not only does it warm yourself, but you also see through the many obstacles in front of you, then everything is joy, and heaven is everywhere on earth.

Even if you are in the shadows, you don’t need to be anxious or fearful, or even deliberately looking for the light. As long as you put good thoughts in your heart and look back, you will be free.

Turn your back to the darkness and face the light.

Kindness and good deeds are like the rising sun in the heart, which can illuminate the darkness and make the dirt invisible.

Goodness arises from the heart, and evil also arises from the heart. The heaven of good and the hell of evil are not separated by clouds and mud, they are all within a thought.

Although evil is ferocious, it is like a paper tiger. It is very fragile and can be shattered by a single thought of kindness.

When evil thoughts disappear, karma will disappear, and when good thoughts arise, good fruits will arise. As long as you have a heart for good, you can ascend to the Pure Land of Ultimate Bliss.

No matter when and where you are, as long as you have kind thoughts in your heart, it is never too late.

Instead of lamenting the many troubles and dangers in the world, it is better to adjust your mentality and be kind to everything. Don't have evil thoughts, don't say evil words, and hang the word "good" high in your heart, it will definitely illuminate your life.
