At the beginning, I was impetuous and couldn't calm down to write, so I wrote down the reasons for my impatience. When I wrote down these reasons, my mood calmed down, and I didn't feel as upset as when I first started writing, and I also understood the reasons for my impatience.

when you understand why you are upset or angry, your mood will be calm. Therefore, we often say that when you are aware of your emotions and accept them, you have already controlled your emotions.

We usually say that to control emotions, we often don't lose our temper. This is actually blocking emotions. Emotions can't be expressed at this time, and they will be presented in other ways at other times. So, when you are in a mood, why not sit down and write down your emotions?

Looking back on 215, I found myself calm, stable and in a good state of mind most of the time. I think it may also be related to my daily writing. I vent my emotions through writing, so I won't be depressed, so my mood is comfortable.

why do we have emotions? Your expectations are not consistent with your beliefs, so you start to have emotions. It is precisely because the unexpected situation brings you emotions, and emotions bring more ineffective actions, and more ineffective actions will only make you scold yourself more stupid in your heart and make more ineffective actions.

When you encounter emotions, if you want to jump out of this emotional circle, the first thing you have to do is to stop and look at two things calmly again: 1. The first is what happened to me; 2. It's what my mood is.

Emotion is a strange thing. As long as you don't see it clearly or speak it out, you will always have it. Most of the time, I am particularly angry when you say this when you are angry. When this sentence comes out, you are actually not very angry. The most feared thing is that you have been holding back my anger. I am not angry.

ETA tool is a combination of the initials of Event, Emotion, Target, Action. When you encounter an emotion, you should stop first and think about the following four questions.

1. Event, I will ask you to write down what this thing is and describe it;

2. Emotion, you have to describe what your mood is like, and even I ask you to score, because scoring is very important. Only when you score, you will know how much your mood is. Once you score, your mood will be gone.

3. Target, that is, what is the initial intention? I did it at that time. Before I fell into the mood, I would like to remind you what I came here for.

4. Action, now that I have the thing itself and my initial intention, I'm going to ask what my next move is under the new situation. This matter must be written, because many people may have a lot of feelings, but feelings can't make you really change, only actions will make you change, so what's the next move?

These four boxes, please stop recording when you encounter emotions. When you practice for more than 2 times, you will gradually form a feeling on the spot: ask yourself what is the matter, what is your mood now, what is your initial intention, and what to do next. When your ETA is written in more than ten, twenty or even one hundred, you can predict when you will get angry. You can even enter the study area quickly and re-enter the ETA cycle area when you have a little emotion in advance. This is your learning strategy.

The spirit of ETA is the spirit of water. Water will always flow forward without pressure and with high efficiency. When water is blocked, it will change, because water knows that the outside world is powerless to change, and I may change. The outside world is not prepared to humiliate me or achieve me, just like that, but I am ready to accept feedback from the outside world at any time.

what do you mean by growing up? In fact, I think the so-called growth does not depend on the imaginary length of your age, but on your self-management ability and mental ability being stronger than others.

The contest between people comes from the contest of both sides' mental strength, and ETA is a tool to exercise mental strength.
