Since ancient times, there has been a saying that "gold is valuable, but Jun porcelain is priceless" and "a rich family is not as good as a Jun porcelain".

To say that Jun porcelain is peculiar and precious, it really deserves its reputation. Before the Tang Dynasty, the mainstream of ceramic production was celadon. Jun porcelain is different from other kinds of porcelain because of its unique natural kiln art, which has the kiln phenomenon of "one color in the kiln, all colors in the kiln", which constitutes the special aesthetic feeling and artistic effect of Jun porcelain and has high aesthetic value and artistic charm.

As soon as it came out, it was cherished by the world and entered the ranks of famous kilns. In China, the traditional method of making celadon is high-temperature glaze colored with ferrous oxide, while the milky blue glaze of Jun porcelain is colored by the dispersion of fog drops in the glaze relative to the scattering of short-wave blue light. This method breaks through the range of monochrome, skillfully uses the function of copper oxide, and transforms the oxidation flame and reducing flame during firing, so that the traditional high-temperature colored glaze develops from a single celadon to a five-color multicolor glaze.
