I have been Party A for nearly ten years, and I have also had the work experience of Party B. When I was Party B, I also met with the need to revise my manuscript. But facing Party A, we should slow down and answer all the requirements that Party A has been thinking about.
After explaining all the questions, don't rush each other, give each other time to buffer. The other party may have to go back and convince his company superior with your reasons.
If the other party disagrees on the spot, please don't worry. We should still end the talks as soon as possible in a pleasant atmosphere. You should have a positive attitude and tell the other person to go back and reconsider the content of the plan.
5. Option B: Revise the manuscript dialectically
When the plan changes, all Party B are unwilling. After all, if you completely submit to Party A, then if you start all over again, a large number of people will work hard and even work overtime. The previous draft was a complete waste of time, energy and money.
If Party B is still satisfied with the current work, it can carefully study the reasons why Party A requires rectification, and perhaps some aspects are indeed neglected by itself. Please deal with your own problems in time.
If you really recognize your creativity, please re-examine why you didn't convince the other party at that time. You can discuss and organize arguments with all departments involved in this case.
6. Top management: Make friends with customers.
Whether a case is successfully completed is only the beginning of your full contact with Party A. ..
The intimacy of interpersonal relationship has not simply changed from "you" to "you".
