Fortunately, after becoming one of the 40 first prize winners in Tianjin, I learned that the organizing committee will select 8 people from these 40 people to represent Tianjin in the national finals. In order to improve the oral English ability of Tianjin finalists, Tianjin North Training Center hired Chinese and foreign experts with rich training experience to train us for four days. Its intensity and level are unprecedented in previous learning experiences. In the first class, the teacher asked us to extract the topic of the speech on the spot and give us ten minutes to prepare. Then everyone went up to give a speech one by one, and then everyone discussed and analyzed the speech. In this situation and intensity, everyone is very nervous, afraid that they are not as good as others. We racked our brains to do better, and in the process, everyone's English level improved a lot unconsciously. In the last training, the teacher announced the list of going to Beijing to participate in the finals. He first made a summary for everyone in English.

In the nearly two months from Ningbo preliminary contest to Zhejiang final, I clearly saw my progress and improvement in all aspects, which is my most gratifying thing. Perhaps because of the pressure of the competition, I didn't communicate with other players in Ningbo in the last two days, which is the regret of this competition. Here, I want to say, in fact, you are all excellent. Failure to advance to the provincial finals does not mean that you are worse than others. ?

In any case, winning the first prize in the province is not necessarily a bad thing, just as an incentive for yourself. The revolution has not yet succeeded, and comrades still need to work hard. Come on! ?

This time, the school leaders have always given the greatest support and help, whether it is the preliminary, semi-final, training or national semi-final in Tianjin Division. At the same time, I would also like to thank the pre-competition training and training of Tianjin North Teacher Training Center, as well as the careful arrangement and organization of the national finals, so that I have the honor to stand on the brilliant stage to challenge myself and show my elegance.

This competition? Free Cai Hua? The talent show in the link really bothers me. I am good at English songs and hand-writing, and I believe I will be dwarfed by experts like a cloud. So, I decided to perform sand painting. The magical and unique expressive force of painting with sand will definitely bring you refreshing visual enjoyment. However, this is just my hobby, and I didn't systematically follow the teacher. I have studied sand painting, and I lack professional performance props. I'm afraid it will be difficult to perform in public on the stage. You can't solve the problem by holding back, but you can succeed if you dare to think and do it. So, I made my own props for sand painting. There is no special sand painting platform, so I used a physical projector instead. There is no fine sand, so I use a sieve to filter coarse sand. My bold attempt finally received good results, and the audience and the judges present showed great interest. The only regret is that due to the restriction of the competition regulations, the projector didn't come in handy and didn't let everyone see it clearly, which affected the interaction and communication.

Finally, I want to say that I personally enjoy the whole process of hard work and exercise, and the spirit of mutual assistance in the team has deeply infected me. The excellent performance of other teachers has prompted me to keep learning, and I look forward to seeing more teachers in the future.
