What are the chilling poems?

This seven-character quatrain is very different in the orthodox Tang poetry. The first sentence is straightforward, the world is cold, and it takes money to make friends with each other. Simple expression laid the tone of the whole poem. The second sentence goes further, if the money is not enough, the relationship will not be too deep. Many friends will shudder when they read this.

This tone is quite depressing, but the author continues to vent his emotions: even if others temporarily promise something, they may not really do it. They are still as indifferent as passers-by. This poem is too unlike Tang poetry, lacking the vitality of the early Tang Dynasty, the glory of the prosperous Tang Dynasty, the rationality of the middle Tang Dynasty and the glory of the late Tang Dynasty. If its author is not very exact, Xiao can't even believe that it was written by Tang people.

The author of this poem is Zhang Wei, who was a scholar when he was very young. After serving as Feng Changqing's staff, he was a secretariat official and assistant minister. Among the frustrated poets in the Tang Dynasty, he actually had a good life, much bigger than those officials of Li Bai and Du Fu.

Overall success in life does not mean that there are no setbacks. This poem was written by Zhang Qian at a difficult time. At that time, he was just a scholar who went to Chang 'an to catch the exam and stayed in a hotel. He visited celebrities everywhere, hoping to be appreciated and recommended, but he repeatedly ran into a wall. So he wrote this poem on the wall of the landlord to express his grievances. In the title? Master of Chang 'an Wall? It should be the landlord. Since Zhang Wei wrote it to him, he must have been ridiculed by the landlord.

Zhang Wei met cool thin, a secular man without any warmth. He feels petty everywhere, everything is tied to money, and he has no respect at all. Money completely eroded the relationship between people, and the whole Tang society became indifferent. In this big environment, appear? Master of Chang 'an Wall? Not surprising.

What makes Zhang Wei angry is the meaning expressed in the last two sentences. A gentleman keeps his promise. Since you have made a promise, you should not break your word and treat the relationship between the two as strangers. The words in the poem are not heavy, but between understatement, we can see Zhang Wei's difficult mood at that time.
