Some discussions are lengthy, but they insist on not doing anything else. Just listening or asking questions. After lunch, arrange a 15 minute nap in the car, and use the power nap App to assist the nap. During the nap, this App will play selected natural sounds, such as the sounds of trees or rivers, reduce the frequency of checking mobile phone text messages, adjust the mentality, reduce entanglement, and devote yourself to the current work. Adding meditation music to your music playlist is a habit change. In addition, what is more important is inner peace.

Keeping inner peace is not a trivial matter in mechanical work, it is the core of work. What can calm you down is advanced technology, and vice versa. Standardization, measuring instruments, quality supervision and final quality inspection are all ways to achieve inner peace. What really matters in the end is to achieve inner peace, and nothing else. Because only with inner peace can we realize the existence of goodness, which transcends romantic and classical cognition and integrates them. If you want to have an appreciation, know how to finish advanced work and experience the feeling of integration with work, you must cultivate inner peace.
