The next day, I began to get busy. I'll prepare a leaky basket, two breathable gauze and some mung beans first. I wash the mung beans first, remove some empty beans and soak the remaining mung beans in a bowl. Next, I have to clean up the house of mung bean sprouts. I cleaned the basket. In order to prevent mung beans from slipping out of the gap at the bottom of the basket, I put a piece of gauze on the bottom of the basket and then spread a towel. After doing these things, I will go to see mung beans soaked in water. These little mung beans are swollen, and some have cracked a crack. I carefully lifted the top layer of gauze, poured the swollen mung beans in, washed them thoroughly with tap water, and waited for them to grow.

On the first day, I quietly pulled up the "quilt" of beans and was delighted to find that mung beans had grown a little taller. The bud is small and light green, as if waving to you. I was so happy that I watered them again. The next day, most mung beans germinated. The first few trees that germinate grow taller and taller. On the third day, the stems of bean sprouts turned red. I don't understand how this happened. My father smiled and told me, "This is because of the sun." After two or three days, grandma told me that these bean sprouts would go bad if they were not eaten.

In the evening, we all ate the bean sprouts hatched by myself. Although a little bitter, my heart is still full of joy.
